We carefully prepare and package every Harbor Morning Co. order so it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location, carrier conditions, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Local Orders
Orders in the Madeira Beach and surrounding Florida areas may arrive sooner depending on carrier delivery times.

Bulk & Custom Orders
Processing and shipping timelines for larger, wholesale, gift-box, welcome-kit, custom, or bulk orders may vary. We will communicate any special timeline before or during order confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

Because many Harbor Morning Co. products are handcrafted, made in small batches, or personal-care items, all sales are final except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or where a return or refund is required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when possible. After reviewing the issue, we will make it right with an appropriate replacement or refund.

Returns
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. Used or opened personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable unless required by law.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the credit appears on your account.
