Harbor Lantern was created from that feeling I’ve always had — wondering what it would have been like to live in a simpler time, before everything moved so fast.

Not because those days were easy. They weren’t. Life was harder, shorter, and far less forgiving. But there’s something about the old harbor days that still pulls me in — lanterns glowing on the docks, weathered wood under your feet, mills working nearby, and people building, fixing, carrying, and creating with their own hands.

When I lived in New England, I loved walking through old mills, dockside buildings, and museums where the wood still seemed to hold the smell of smoke, oil, salt air, and hard work. Harbor Lantern is my attempt to capture that feeling — the quiet glow of a working harbor at night and the respect I have for the people who helped build what came before us.

Hand-poured with a traditional tallow and beeswax blend, this candle features Black Sea, Amber & Driftwood, and Ambered Vanilla for a warm, rugged coastal scent with dark water, weathered wood, soft amber, and a touch of lantern-lit sweetness.
